Returns

Please note that all final sale items with discount from 30% and above are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. So please carefully check the size guide before placing the order on items from this section.

You have the right to return or exchange items within 14 (fourteen) days of delivering them to the provided address, previously notifying us of your decision via email - care@selezza.co.uk. We will provide you with further instructions.

All worldwide returns must be made to Turkey within 5 days after notifying us about your decision. For the UK and USA clients we provide the UK or USA return address.

Products must be returned in their original condition, bearing no trace of usage, in their original and undamaged packaging including all contents, with the tags and labels attached. Any item that fails to meet these requirements will be sent back to the customer on his own cost and we regrettably won't be able to offer a refund.

Every item is checked prior to dispatch and kept as a record. Any intentional damage to the product prior to return will be charged in full and cannot be returned.

Postage and any costs incurred during the process of return must be paid by the customer. The cost of the initial shipping will also be deducted from the refund. This provision applies as well to the orders above £500. 

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable courier service to return your items to us, as we will be unable to offer refunds on items that do not reach us. For all returns, outer packaging must be marked 'returned goods' to allow us to process your refund or exchange promptly.  

Returned products must be sent back from the same country they were delivered to.

We are also unable to accept returns or exchanges on made to measure items, produced upon individual requests, as such items are made for your unique body specifications. 

 

Exchanges

Our collection pieces are all made-to-order, therefore we only replace items if they are defective or damaged (manufacturing defect), or if the size is incorrect. Email us at care@selezza.co.uk with any questions and we will send you further instructions.

Please note, shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer as well as any additional exchange returns requests. You will be invoiced for the additional shipping charge.

Repeated returns and Exchanges 

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns and exchanges made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Selezza account or future orders being refused.

 

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, you will receive an email when the refund has been processed. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
