Returns
You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact our customer care team at care@selezza.co.uk, and the team will provide the next steps.
Please note that the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
- Custom items, including made-to-measure pieces and any other personalised alterations made to the item.
- Final sale items.
Return Conditions
All returned items must be sent back in their original condition: unused, with all tags and labels attached, hygiene stickers intact where applicable, and in the original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or sent back to the customer at their own expense.
How to Return an Item
1. Submit your return request
Email us at care@selezza.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for it.
2. Wait for a response from our customer care team
Please wait for confirmation and further instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Return shipping arrangements
- For orders from the USA, UK, EU countries, Australia, and Mexico, we will provide a return shipping label.
- For all other countries, customers must arrange return shipping after receiving instructions from our customer care team.
All items must be returned from the same country to which the order was originally delivered.
4. Prepare your package
Please securely pack your return using the original packaging, tags, and labels.
Self-Service Returns
If you arrange the return shipment yourself, please keep your proof of postage and tracking number.
The outer package must be clearly marked “Returned Goods” to ensure smooth customs clearance and processing.
We recommend using the same courier used for delivery to help avoid delays or additional customs charges.
Customers remain responsible for returned items until they are successfully delivered to our atelier.
Refund Deductions & Charges
- Return shipping costs and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, including orders with complimentary shipping.
- Actual shipping costs may differ from estimates, and the final shipping cost incurred during dispatch and return processing may be deducted from the refund.
For orders shipped to the USA, UK, EU countries, Australia, and Mexico, we cover import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges on behalf of the customer. As these are non-refundable to us, they may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
Exchanges
As our garments are made to order, we only offer replacements for items that are defective, damaged due to a manufacturing fault, or if an incorrect size has been received.
All exchange-related shipping costs, including return and re-delivery, are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged separately.

Repeated Returns and Exchanges
While we aim to keep our returns policy flexible, repeated returns or exchanges that breach our terms may be flagged and, at our discretion, may result in account closure or refusal of future orders.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 10 days.
