Returns
You have the right to request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please notify us of your decision via email at care@selezza.co.uk, and we will provide further instructions.
Please note that basic items (including gloves), swimwear, made-to-measure, custom-made products, and sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Check the size guide carefully before ordering items from these categories.
All worldwide returns must be sent to Turkey within 5 days after notifying us. For UK and USA clients we provide a local return address.
Products must be returned in their original condition — unused, in undamaged packaging, with all accessories, tags and labels attached. Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer at their own cost, and no refund will be issued.
Every item is checked prior to dispatch. Intentional damage to the product before return will be charged in full and cannot be refunded.
Return postage and any associated costs must be paid by the customer. The cost of the initial shipping will also be deducted from the refund. This applies even to orders above £500.
Please note: Actual delivery charges may differ from the estimated rates listed in the shipping terms, and the company reserves the right to deduct the final amount from any refund.
For orders from European countries and the USA, all international taxes and customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us. Outer packaging must be clearly marked “returned goods” to ensure prompt processing. Returned products must be shipped from the same country to which they were delivered.
Exchanges
All Selezza collection pieces are made-to-order; therefore, we only replace items if they are defective, damaged (manufacturing defect), or if the size is incorrect. For exchange inquiries, email us at care@selezza.co.uk.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, including any additional return shipping fees. Additional shipping will be invoiced separately.
Repeated Returns and Exchanges
We offer a flexible returns policy to enhance your shopping experience. However, repeated returns and exchanges that breach our terms and conditions may be flagged and, at our discretion, may result in the closure of your Selezza account or refusal of future orders.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
