Returns
You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please notify us by email at care@selezza.co.uk, and our team will provide further instructions.
Please note that the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
• Basic items (including gloves)
• Swimwear
• Made-to-measure products
• Custom-made products
• Final sale items
We kindly ask you to review the size guide carefully before placing an order for items in these categories.
How to Return an Item
1. Submit your return request
Email care@selezza.co.uk, indicating your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Wait for approval
Please wait for confirmation and further instructions from our team. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
3. Return shipping arrangements
Depending on the delivery country, we will either:
- Provide a return shipping label, or
- Ask you to arrange the return shipment independently.

• Return labels provided: USA, UK, EU
• Self-service returns: All other countries
4. Prepare your package
Pack the item(s) securely and include the return slip inside the parcel.
5. Self-service returns
If you arrange the shipment yourself, please obtain proof of postage and a tracking number. You are responsible for the item(s) until they are received at our warehouse, including any loss or damage during transit.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition — unused, in undamaged packaging, with all accessories, tags and labels attached. Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer at their own cost, and no refund will be issued.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items that do not reach us. The outer packaging must be clearly marked “Returned Goods” to ensure prompt processing.
Please note that returned items must be shipped from the same country to which they were originally delivered.
Refund Deductions & Charges
• All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch. Any intentional damage to products before return will be charged in full and is non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs and any associated fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, even for orders over £500.
• Actual delivery charges may differ from estimated shipping rates. The company reserves the right to deduct the final shipping amount from the refund.
• For orders shipped to European countries and the USA, all international taxes and customs duties will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
All Selezza collection pieces are made-to-order; therefore, we only replace items if they are defective, damaged (manufacturing defect), or if the size is incorrect. For exchange inquiries, email us at care@selezza.co.uk.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, including any additional return shipping fees. Additional shipping will be invoiced separately.
Repeated Returns and Exchanges
We offer a flexible returns policy to enhance your shopping experience. However, repeated returns and exchanges that breach our terms and conditions may be flagged and, at our discretion, may result in the closure of your Selezza account or refusal of future orders.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
