Shipping Prices
Each garment is handcrafted in our atelier in Turkey.
All items are made to order and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for customised pieces to be produced before dispatch.
We ship worldwide directly from the atelier in Turkey. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please Note:
- Import duties and taxes are included in the item prices for orders shipped to the USA, UK, EU countries, Australia, and Mexico.
- For all other countries, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included and may apply according to local regulations.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier operations.

Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped directly from our atelier in Turkey.
For orders shipped to the USA, UK, EU countries, Australia, and Mexico, import duties and taxes are included in the final order total and paid directly to the customs authorities of the destination country.
Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable. If an order is returned, these charges may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
For all other countries, import duties and taxes are not included in the order total and may apply according to the destination country’s regulations. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
If a parcel is refused or import charges are not paid by the customer, the order may be returned to us. Any related shipping and return costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
If the customer requests the parcel to be resent, additional shipping charges will apply.
